Look, we know you’re just here for the pets, but our lawyers (who are actually three Golden Retrievers in a trench coat) insisted we write this down.

The "Made-For-You" Reality

We don’t have a giant warehouse filled with dust-gathering shirts. We utilize a made-to-order model.

This means when you click "buy," our production partners start working specifically for you. It keeps the quality high and our carbon paw-print low.

Because we aren't a massive corporate machine, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Basically, measure twice, buy once, and avoid the "it doesn't fit my ego" excuses.


Damaged Goods & Quality Drama

We want you to love your gear. If there’s a genuine print error or a visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it—no questions asked (well, maybe one or two).

  • The "Flat Surface" Rule:
    To get a resolution, send clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface to contact@support.tinypawsplayground.com.

  • The Clock is Ticking:
    You have 14 days after delivery to report any drama.

    After that, we’ll assume you and your pet are living in blissful harmony with your new gear.


Cancellations: The "Change of Heart" Policy

Changed your mind? It happens. You can edit or cancel your order via the link in your confirmation email before it goes to production.

Once the machines start humming, you’re committed.


Refunds & Cold Hard Cash

  • Strictly Quality Only:
    Because everything is custom-made, we don’t offer refunds unless the product is actually defective.

  • PayPal:
    Refunds hit your balance within 24 business hours.

  • Credit Cards:
    Your bank will take 7 to 10 business days to process the refund. Don’t blame us; blame the banking system.


The "No-Go" Zone (Non-Refundable)

  • Donations & Tips:
    Once you’ve tipped the crew or donated, that money is gone to a good cause. No take-backs.

  • Locked Messages:
    If you paid to see it, you saw it. No refunds. Having technical issues? Email us and we’ll fix it.


International Travelers (Customs & Taxes)

If you live outside the US, your local government might want a piece of the action.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. We don't control these fees, we can't predict them, and yes, you are responsible for paying them.

Think of it as a "coolness tax" for importing the best gear in the playground.


How to Pay Us

We accept the usual suspects:
Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Depending on where you’re hiding out, we also take Klarna and AfterPay.
